Refund policy

Within 30 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order.

For Local Singapore Customers 

We will gladly accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchase. We will not be able to accept exchanges or refunds for personalised items. For other items we can accept exchanges or refunds on a case by case basis. However, if an error was made on our part, we will do what we can to fix it. Please contact us for further assistance. 

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

For International Customers

We will gladly accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchase, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if an error was made on our part, we will do what we can to fix it. Please contact us for further assistance.
